CougarBikes was born in 2024 from the shared frustration of two students, Yordan and Alexander, navigating the chaos of big European cities. They both loved cycling for the freedom, speed, and independence it offered, but they constantly faced the same problem: urban riding wasn’t as efficient as it could be. There were too many separate accessories, bulky tools, wasted time fixing small issues, and the constant concern about safety and theft.

They realized that while technology was transforming almost every part of modern life, the everyday cycling experience was lagging behind. Rather than accepting these limitations, they decided to rethink the entire experience.
